 福建福鼎杰力王机车部件有限公司是1999年成立的独资民营企业，目前企业固定资产已达三千万，主要生产摩托车用平吸式柱塞（PZ）、平吸式等真空（PD）及通用汽油机化油器三大系列80多种型号产品。产品与国内各大主机厂配套，并远销各地及出口欧洲、中东、东南亚等地。
本公司组织机构设置合理，员工200多人，其中高级工程师2名、工程师5名；全厂各类人员经专业培训，人员 素质技术水平较高。本公司设备精密、先进、配套成龙，拥有日本进口发那科、兄弟TC-31A加工中心、西铁城数 控车床、日本速技能动力头、瑞士量孔专门机、国产数控车床、普通车床、精密钻床等，总计200多台；完全能满 足从加工到装配流水线，日本加工中心日本速技能动力头组成的本体加工线，具有大批量生产的能力，年生产能力可达到300多万台。
本公司技术能力雄厚，具有自行开发设计的能力和成套的图纸工艺技术文件，工艺流程合理，重要件和关键工序有加工中心和数控车床加工，加工精密度高；检测设备齐全，具有综全流量测试台、电涡流测功机、流量测试台、 负压测试台等20多台检测设备。确保在加工、装配过程中质量控制，同时对外协件质量控制有保证，整个产品质量 稳定、可靠。
本公司质量管理水平较高，对产品质量形成的全过程控制有效，已形成完善的质量管理体系，具有持续改进的能力，并通过ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证。
